If Al-Qaeda or/& the Taliban use the situation to gain predominace as benefactors & gain further control,

will any finacial support go straight to fund more terorism.??

I know Bob Geldof took plenty of stick for what he started all those years ago but isn't this just the very thing he was talking about. He wanted the aid to go to where is was needed and not get hijacked en route.
