The Obama campaign is taking over our Invesco Field at Mile High in Denver for his acceptance speech.



For those of you who don't know, I live in Fort Morgan, CO which is about 80 miles northeast of Denver. All we have been hearing around here is DNC news. Additionally, Colorado is a battleground state for this year's election so we are getting political propoganda thrown at us from every direction.

This is the place where we watch our beloved Denver Broncos play pigskin. I hope an 80,000 seated stadium is big enough for Obama and his temple.

On another note, we are going to Invesco Field in October to watch a Broncos game...can't wait!

Reuters reports that "Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama's big speech on Thursday night will be delivered from an elaborate columned stage resembling a miniature Greek temple."

This sounds a bit silly. But... ya never know. From the picture, it looks like White House pillars.

Interesting information on the candidate planes. I didn't realize they all owned their own....paid with donation money. One would think a business or first class ticket on a commercial liner or a rental from time to time would suffice.

No wonder they have no idea about the financial sturggles of the common family.
