Gods word says, Father is God, Jesus is God, and that the Holy Spirit is God. God's word also says that there is only one God and God's word is truth. John 17:17

The Trinity is one God who exists simultaneously in three persons.

like God every spirit needs a body. So God in everlasting days before the beginning made for himself first a shape he called father and then he made the son. God is an omnipresent spirit that lives in the shape of the father and in the shape of the son who are Gods too.
we are also the sons of God like Jesus, because of the Holy Spirit living in us. it is the Holy Ghost that makes a body God or son of God.
Now the father is God, the son is God but they have different personalities because the bodies are not the same nevertheless the same Spirit. the body counts for nothing, God is Spirit and one.
