I know cat, my father bless him was a very unhappy man and it turned him to drink. Him being a drinker and volatile and me being a bad lad, was a very unfortunate combination, which on occasions would lead to him removing his belt. He, often, let me know that at the age of fifteen I would be expected to leave. True to his word, not long after my fifteenth birthday, he took me to Canterbury where I sat my entrance exam for the army apprentice school in Harrogate. While I was away my mother and father moved house and set up home in a flat that didn't have a room for me. So from the age of fifteen I was on my own. Life's a bitch ain't it? The only thing we can do cat, is to make sure our kids have a good start, and what better start than Jesus?
