I believe it is possible to reject ones salvation, that is not the same as losing it.
Also i believe it should not be a question of weather we can loose our salvation, but, are we saved ? Are we truly saved or not ? Saying the sinners prayer at some time in the past dosnt mean you are saved, if it did about 90% of Americans are saved. Being born into a Christian family dosnt mean you are saved either. When someone is saved or born again it is a life changing experiance, your life will never be the same again. This change can be sudden or gradual. When i got saved i was working in a foundry with some of the most base men on earth, and my language was just as bad as theirs. Overnight without my knowledge The Lord cleaned my tong and i stopped swearing and cursing, i was totally unaware of this untill the men pointed it out to me. Over the next two weeks they tested me as hard as they could, and i eventually had to admit that i no longer swore or cursed. I also stopped drinking and smoking, that was back in 1987 i have never sworn, curssed, drank or smoked since. You see it was something The Lord had done, and he has kept it. Since then i have moved on and never stood still. Where i am now with The Lord is light years ahead of where i was then, yet i am more aware of my sinfull nature and its stinking pride.Oh how i wish i was closer to Him(yet i am)oh how i long to be rid of this body of sin. Thats how i know iam saved because i am moving on with Him and daily becoming more like Him. Oh Bless His Holy Name Amen
