Default A Father who cares

I just read my Bible everyday chapter, and then I sit down to pray.
I started with my family and my friends, then it continued with all persons I could think about, and suddenly I said to myself, after my prayer:

Who could love and protect as many people?
I did not even think of 1% of the people whom I have encountered in my life and I could no more structure my prayer.
Imagine 6 billion people, plus all those who have gone before us.

Who could probe each, its problems, its good and bad times, the worst acts as his best, his spirit with all those issues that arise, this sorrow, these fears?
Imagine yourself. You can just hardly review your life step by step from your earliest memories. This life filled, empty, turbulent.
Multiply this by the multitude of all the people who exist, that have existed and will exist.

Who could, in addition support, maintain, cherish all these people so complex?
If you cared about child once in you life, you know how difficult it is to make it clear what you want for his good, to monitor him in order not to fall, to hurt himself, to not cry. Sometimes, express your love, your compassion, but he, will shout his hatred toward you without really understand you. Sometimes you stop to see the child and you see a monster to stop, punish, calm at all costs.

Who can manage all these things, if not the Father who takes care of us?
Thank you Lord.

That's a good observation Dani O.
It is mind boggling what God is.

.......I sometimes fall prey to the idea that I can't take up all of God's attention, that there are others out there that need prayers sent to Him, more than me. This is true - in a sense - I am not starving and have a bed to sleep in at night for example.

But, God wants us to spend as much time, and pray as much as we want, to Him.

Amen.
A man never stands taller than when he kneels to God.
