What do you normally eat for breakfast?

    My breakfast is a mish=mash.

Monday to Friday I wait until I get into the radio studio. So depending on what is wanted by the Presenter I just make us both the same.

Saturday & Sunday usually Fruit & cereal

I have museli with a sliced banana on top, usually, or high fibre cereal.
Bananas are really good in the morning, as they fill you up so you are less likely to snack mid-morning.
breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
It kick starts your metabolism and people that eat breakfast have been shown to be healthier and slimmer than those that don't.

(my trouble is, I eat after breakfast too!! )

On the rare occasions when I'm up for breakfast, I make an Egg Beater sandwich with jalapeno peppers, BacOs, cinnamon, and salad dressing.

I eat fruit but mostly apples. I did buy some fresh peaches and grapes this week. They make a great snack. My stomach has difficulty digesting fiber, and so I try to avoid it.
