I was brought on a poultry farm . We had several hundred chickens and eating eggs was almost mandatory. We would have just as many as Gibby. Both my Grandfather and Father died from heart problems.

When it comes to eating that many eggs today, I chicken out.

My breakfast is a bowl od cereal with fruit juice instead of milk. A toasted wholemeal muffin with banana and a sprinkling of cinamon.

I go for a fry up once a week.

Well, eggs are a good source of protein and cheap! That's why I eat so many. I just hope my exercise routine helps with the heart disease. I don't fry them in anything but fat free cooking spray.

I usually have a banana, some dry cereal such as Kashi cereal and a cup of green tea (no sugar or honey). When I cut way back on Starbucks and Human Bean lattes, I dropped at least 7 pounds and felt a lot better. I have a latte every now and then as a treat.

    Hi Gibby
I wouldnt worry if I was you. Apparently recent experiments have shown that people eating two eggs per day have no differnet cholesterol that those who ate none.

I Love eggs too but only have 1 or 2 a week.
