I ordered 4 DVD's from Christian Cinema for my birthday,
Another Perfect Stranger - I finally got to see this one. The sequel to "A Perfect Stranger", about a woman who has a conversational dinner with Jesus. Now, 10 years later, her daughter Sarah (who doesn't ascribe to her parent's faith, or believe her mother's story about having dinner with Jesus 10 years ago) is on her way to check out a college in another state. On the plane she meets a man named "Yesh" who talks with her about religion, God, and Jesus. Both movies are based on books by David Gregory. This movie was as good as the last one. I highly recommend this one as well as the first.
The Genius Club - A madman has a group of people with IQ's over 200, along with the President of the United States, to be assembled in a warehouse in Washington D.C. to play a discussion game to solve the world's problems, in which they must earn the set amount of points, or the madman would set off a nuclear bomb. The discussions were very thought provoking. I imagined what I would say to some of the questions posed. This was a good movie (maybe not as good as some of Cloud Ten's other offerings, but fairly good).
Angel Wars: The Messengers - The new offering in the Angel Wars: Guardian Force animated series. A full length (89 minutes) feature, that is seperated into several short vignettes, ending in the story previewed in the last Angel Wars DVD, about the Guardians helping two Messengers deliver a message to a human child.
Somebody's Daughter - This is actually, a music CD that comes with a DVD with interviews from 5 people (one married couple and three other guys) who give their testimonies of how they struggled with pornography and how they overcame it. The interviews were so-so, with some good points, but the music CD was the best. The songs all deal with Pornography and offer conviction and hope (although not enough conviction for me, unfortunately).
Varlen (The VMan)
For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. It teaches us to say "No" to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age,
