Lilly you asked "what is the wrath of God that will be poured out in the last day's ?"
The wrath of God is HIS Righteous anger. A carefull reading of Revelation will show what will happen when HE pours it out !
That's not what I meant as in " what is " the wrath of God ? A study of Revelation leave's me in no doubt " what " the wrath of God is. What I meant was, in answer to you're reply to Jay Dub,,

    Dear Jay Dub
I can say with absolute certainty that HE does not !

but Scripture tell's us that He " will " indeed do it, so, if " no man shall know " when the last day's will start and such thing's as earthquake, famine, drought, ect ect, " will " happen, then how can you know with such certainty that this isn't, although mild in comparison to what is written, the start, of His judgement ?

Never be overwhelmed by decisions, just consider the right ones and your options will be far fewer.

erm ,,, bear with me ok guys

But if we say God judges still, I mean in this life... then are we saying that the ultimate sacrifice was not enough ?

Just a little baffled about that
Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me. ....................

Jay Dub asked "Does God still pour out his Judgment on his people today ?" To which I answered Absolutely not ! That is that HE is not judging HIS people Today "NOW" But when this present time of GODS Grace ends, then HE will judge, at the appointed time and HIS Wrath will be poured outon all ungodliness. That child you saw being misstreated, that junkie killing a loved one, that madman killing 6000000 Jews etc etc will all be justly rewarded for their atrocities, but all in their order and at the right time.
Act 17:31 Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.
1Co 4:5 Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.
Col 2:8 -10 Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ. For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.

I think Lily makes a good point, Gods Judgment will be poured out at some point. How do we know the birth pains are not the beginning of his wrath or at least how can we be sure it is not the beginning of his judgment

Owen, I agree with you, but I also have questions
But when this present time of GODS Grace ends

When does this present time end? Grace has always saved , even in the old testament times it was Gods grace that saved. What I mean by that is God could have given no provisions for salvation, we could have all died in our sins he did not have to give us a way out, not the OT saints and not us, but he did. To say this time of grace ends, makes no sense to me. Even when Gods wrath is being poured out in Revelation, he is looking for repentance

Rev 9:20 The rest of mankind that were not killed by these plagues still did not repent of the work of their hands; they did not stop worshiping demons, and idols of gold, silver, bronze, stone and wood-idols that cannot see or hear or walk.

Even in the final years when Gods wrath is being poured out, he is looking for repentance, so that his grace can be given. It is my belief that Gods grace is eternal, it does not end

    Matthew 10:29
Are not two sparrows sold for a penny*? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from the will of your Father.
Here we see that not even a sparrow falls apart from the will of God

Doesn't that suggest, that all deaths are a part of Gods will?

Do you believe God answers prayer today? I would assume you do. Could a body of believers pray for a hurricane to miss their shores? would God listen? Is it possible he would allow the believers prayers to change the direction of the storm?

If this is possible would it then be possible that if no one stood up to pray for protection, that the storm would take its natural course

What I am trying to say is, can believers change, through prayer the natural situation? If you say yes, then wouldn't that suggest that lack of faith could bring on more devastating problems.

Maybe I should change my question from does God still pour out his wrath to, can natural disasters be a tools God uses to get our attention or to bring us to repentance

I don’t know if what I am going to share fits this thread, but it may shed some light on the subject.

Over thirty years ago Jesus told me a time was coming soon when man would suffer more then he has ever suffered. He told me I was to give a word and leave, and out of that word a community would grow. He wanted a place of safety for his people.

Yes Jesus wants his people out of living in the world the way the world lives.

I know from God that the world is in big trouble, and I know from God that he wants a place of safety for his people. If he wants that place I expect there will be that place.

I know that God answers prayers, and I know God will protect his people. Jesus picked up my car so as to avoid being killed or and killing another.
No matter who tells one anything about God he or she is to ask Jesus if it is right or wrong.

Now ang on a minute Origen, I am a little confused

Yes Jesus wants his people out of living in the world the way the world lives.
    I can go with that

Jesus picked up my car so as to avoid being killed or and killing another.
Which is it, He wants us out of this world or He moves cars so we do not get killed ? Do you see my confusion Thankful ?

Look I was just sharing that Jesus told me the world was heading for a bad time. I also was sharing that Jesus takes care of his own, and does answer prayers.

The miracle happened when I was on an entrance ramp to a highway. There was a car a head of me, and he starts up and headed toward the highway. I saw that there were no cars coming, so started up also, I continued to keep looking making sure no traffic was in the way. I look up and the guy a head of me had stopped. There was no traffic and no reason for him to have stopped. I was going about fifty miles an hour, and there was no way for me to stop or get around the car a head of me. I prayed stepped on the brakes, and waited to hit the car. Well I did not hit him. My car stopped with my front bumper even with the driver’s car door. I was so close to his car that my little finger would not have fit between them. The only way my car could have ended up not hitting the other car was if God picked it up and placed it where it ended up. Now over the last thirty years Jesus has done a number of miracles for me, but the reason I shared was just to answer a question that someone had asked.

God has shown me that he is very involved in our lives. Sharing that he does and some of how he has with me can be encouraging to others.
No matter who tells one anything about God he or she is to ask Jesus if it is right or wrong.
