Regardless, Christ is not identified as Jesus of Judea (or, Jesus the Judean/Jew) in the Gospels. He is repeatedly referred to as Jesus of Nazareth. Jesus selected his Apostles in Galilee, not Judea. The OP picks up on the Galileean vs. Judean attitude of the Apostles.
Actually, Jesus was born in Judea, when his mother returned for the census. Jesus was born of the line of Judah.So even though He was born a galilean in the natural ,prophetically He is a Judaen ,
The Isreal of God is up of the followers of Christ. It is contrary that when Jesus is blasting "Jews" that he would be thinking of these people as belonging to Israel. Jesus also clearly indicated that Jews who rejected him did not count as children of Abraham.The term used in the OP is the religious Israel who were the representative Israel eg the sanhedrin ,the pharisees ,and saducees as opposed to the individual person
