In the Bible they mention 3 Heavens, what they are refering to is.

1. The very air we breathe around us.

2. The Atmosphere right above us.

3. Would be the outer space above our atmosphere.

i just read this page,would it be correct,?

Some interpret this verse as being three levels in Heaven and not three Heavens but there is no Scriptural basis for that I believe.

I'm also sure that Paul is writing this verse about himself, and that he is referring to his own visionary experience on the road to Damascus
