From my understanding of the Bible people who have gone to heaven are not allowed to come back and the people who have gone to hell are not able to come back. Having said this, as usual I don't know the references for it.

20Then Peter, turning about, seeth the disciple whom Jesus loved following; which also leaned on his breast at supper, and said, Lord, which is he that betrayeth thee?

21Peter seeing him saith to Jesus, Lord, and what shall this man do?

22Jesus saith unto him, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? follow thou me.

23Then went this saying abroad among the brethren, that that disciple should not die: yet Jesus said not unto him, He shall not die; but, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee?

24This is the disciple which testifieth of these things, and wrote these things: and we know that his testimony is true.

I don't believe in reincarnation or annihilationism. I did a lot of study on annihilationism.

People who have come back from the dead are Lazarus, Jesus and Samuel but we're talking about resurrection and not reincarnation.

Matthew 27:53 And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.

The white throne judgment is standing room only:

Revelation 22:11 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.

The verses you are looking for are:

Luke 16:26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that [would come] from thence.

Hebrews 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:

No, I think that is just a polite way of Jesus saying "That's none of your business, Peter! You just concentrate on following me."

In general I'd absolutely agree, but what about Moses and Elijah at the Transfiguration of Jesus?
