pulled wrist sorry if this appears twice thought I had posted it but can't find it now. Please would you pray for me, I have pulled my wrist in some way - don't know when or how but unless I keep it totally straight it is very painful, can move up and down but not twist. It is strapped up but makes everything very difficult and it is my left hand and I am left handed so it is going to be quite awkward for me till it gets better. From past experience I know it needs one to two weeks total rest but this is not going to be easy as that would mean no work - if I don't work I don't get paid!

Lampstand Senior Member Ya see, I knew you'd all think it was the fun in the snow what did it. It is an old thing (a bit like RSI) that I used to get when I worked in the office on the keyboard. It is more likely to be chatting to you guys than playing silly beggars in the snowThanks for your prayers though, it is much less painful this morning. Just in case Ichy keeps wittering at me - no I wasn't sledging when it started.
