Update - the wrist is continuing to improve at a rapid rate and I only need the brace when I am working at the keyboard. This is a vast improvement on what has happened in the past, it has always taken at least a week to a fortnight of continuous strapping or bracing before I could even consider going without any support. Praise the Lord
