I'm having a problem with my sleeping, sleep apnia,
so they are going to test me at home for about two weeks
so you probally wont hear from me too much. Nothing serious I just can't stay awake so please pray for me.

Dear Robert, I pray they find the reason for your sleep apnia and are able to help you.

I had one of those sleep studies, but I had to go in to the hospital overnight.
They found I have moderate to severe sleep apnia.
My guess you will need to use a CPAP or BIPAP machine to help you breathe at night. Real simple to use, and you WILL sleep better! (and if you are married your wife will too.)

Ali (my wife) has sleep apnoea, and has had to use a CPAP machine at night for years now. Makes a big difference, took a little bit of getting used to but now she wouldn't be without it.

I use a CPAP machine and it does make a big difference, but now appeartly other problems are acting up and this other machine can also check out other problems.
