Please pray for my friend Denece I have a dear friend who is dying from cancer. She is such a sweet lovely person I pray that the Lord will bless her and not let her be afraid. I pray that her husband will find the strength to support her and his friends offer him the support that he needs. Most Australian men find these times difficult (I dont know about other men) they dont say anything and a lot avoid the situation all together. My husband is struggling about the visit tomorrow. I know that he is dreading seeing his mate.
Can you help me in this prayer. I am off to visit her tomorrow.
Could you also pray that the Lord will send me and my husband the right words to say. I find these times most difficult.

Friends are like stars ~ even when you can't see them they are still there.
Level 5 thank you all for your prayers. Our visit was a really wonderful one. Denece in her unique way made everyone feel at ease we laughed and went over some wonderful memories. Other friends arrived and it was really a joyous afternoon. A celebration of friendship. The following day Denece was told by the doctors that the chemotherapy could prolong her life for as much as 12 months. Two of her daughters are expecting babies so she may be given the wonderful joy of seeing more grandchildren born. Please if you could keep Denece in your prayers so that she can see her grandchildren born. We are going to visit again this weekend. Denece was overcome when I told her that people she didint even know were praying for her.
