This is an actual conversation between a facebook friend of mine between him and Sky TV.
Not laughing at the misfortune of him loosing his Father in law but,,, well,, you'll see,,, This is his reply in answer to a post of mine about me joining a group about customer services at SKY TV being so daft
Jayne this will appeal to your sense of humour. This actually happened. My Father in Law had Sky TV. He died suddenly so I phone Sky and explained that I wanted to cancel. "I'm sorry sir, only Mr Dale can cancel and he has to phone from the number we have registered" .... Reply ..."But He's Dead ...." "Well theres nothing we can do, the contract is between us and him" ... Reply "BUT HE'S DEAD " and got the same response " OK Leave it with me". I went round to his house, phoned Sky and said" This is Mr Dale, I'm about to die and I would like to cancel my Sky. Their reply "OK Sir, I can do that for you right now.. Do you think you'll need to be reconnected at any time ......." I can't print my reply here ...
Never be overwhelmed by decisions, just consider the right ones and your options will be far fewer.
