    It's hilarious, but as one of the comments at the bottom said:

    The council department defending the case - paid for by the tax payer. The department persuing the claim - paid for by the tax payer. The parking adjudicator - paid for by the tax payer. All those staff salaries, perks, expenses, maternity leave, paternity leave, pensions..... you gotta love NuLabour's Britain.

    Is there any way you can join their lawsuit and recommend jail time? I mean, if the court isn't going to listen to the average citizens then this is self-serving and an abuse of power. It would show everyone what the whole thing is about.
