    Default Pregnancy help!

For those of you who dont know yet, yep i is pregnant!

I have to say God has been preparing me for this time on looking back for the last 3 years.

In the space of the last 3 years, He has drawn me so much closer to Him.
He has drawn me to come off my anti depressants (which i had been on for bout 8 years)
He has drawn me to come off my beta blockers (which again i had been on for bout 8 years)
Tomorrow i have an appointment with a stopping smoking place, im hoping they can help me, but im not sure what 'products' i can or cant use being pregnant, and i have the feeling there are none, this being the case, i am going to need LOTS of prayer to have and keep the willpower to keep off of the things ( take into account ive smoked 20+ for half my life, me being 32 now ) so God really has been ridding this temple of the crud, to grow a healthy baby.

I also need tell you bout how God had his hand on me and my unborn childs life this last week.

Last tuesday i was gutted, i was convinced i had lost the baby, i was bleeding and lost clots, had cramps, the sure signs of miscarriage (to me) and i had to wait until friday gone where i had an emergency scan, which confirmed i was still pregnant, and the baby was only 1.5mm big!! at that time, but its heartbeat was flashing away at me (completely impressed by the technology able to show me this btw)

Now im having wonderful amount of morning sickness...with my first pregnancy i lost 3 stone through morning sickness with my first child, who is turning 12 next month, i just never seemed to be able to kick it BUT

I'm sure there must be ways, tips, methods, handy things that people can suggest to help..

Now ginger no good for me unless it comes in the form of ginger biscuits...any other way makes me sick anyways

Sooo any tips or anything out there? anyone gone through bad morning sickness ( why they call it 'morning' i do not know as its morning noon n night ) anyone's wife gone through it ?

Me n wee bump await any helpers...being 12 years ago since my last pregnancy it almost feels like i never been pregnant before, i dont remember being this tired sleeping half the day, and i also wasnt working last time i was pregnant.

Vitamin B6 ( you can also get ginger in capsule form ),dry cream crackers before you get out of bed, peppermint tea and if all that fails, may I suggest a bucket ?

I had morning sickness 24/7 but it was worse around 5pm.

Think of the end effect though

Can Canny and I be God Parents ? Ok, so the baby may need couselling before she/he turns 2 but some jolly good fun will be had
Should have seen us both with my Little Princess yesterday

    congrats to you inquisitive.

With God all things are possible ~ you will beat the cigs.

I remember that tiredness, so much worse early on, and you can't tell anyone so early! I remember people offering me a seat when I was 9 months pregnant, and I was more tired at 6 weeks!

Look after yourself. One of the best advice I got off my midwife was (during pregnancy) if you don't have to stand, sit. If you don't have to sit, lie down!
