What's your favourite eating apple?

This might be applicable to the UK only, but mine is Pink Lady, but they are rather expensive. Cripps Pink is a cheaper, but similar alternative.

At this time of year there is also Discovery in the shops,. I like this too - slightly sharp. But it's not around for long, Maybe it doesn't keep.

Are apples really very good for us? "An apple a day keeps the doctor away" is the old saying.

My vote is for Braeburns as well, though I enjoy a nice ripe golden delicious for a change.

My Son, when he was little, would never eat custard until he went to Canny's
