    This might be applicable to the UK only, but mine is Pink Lady, but they are rather expensive. Cripps Pink is a cheaper, but similar alternative.


    Its best to grow your own. Mine are export quality Jonathons but you won't catch me exporting them.



    One trick you can do to enhance the flavor of your apples, is cut them into wedges and sqeeze some grapefruit juice or lemon juice on them ( Red apples that is ).

    The flavor combination is like the the flavor combinations of orange zest and rhubarb, very complimentry.

    At a previous house I grew Laxton Superb, which are delicious.

    I haven't tried apple & rhubarb..
