Hi Lamby, enjoying your recipes. Thank you![]()
Sometimes pasta on its own can be really ordinary, so to give it a slap and a kick, a quick sauce is needed.
Half an onion, olive oil, salt pepper, djion mustard 2 teaspoons, cap of Applecider vinegar, thin sliced capsicum, 2 tbps thickened cream.
Simmer finely diced half onion in olive oil, lowest heat, add salt and pepper after onion goes translucent, add water, and add 2 teaspoons of Djion mustard, a cap of applecider vinegar, and a quarter thinly sliced capsicum.
Lastly add two tablespoons of thickened cream.
This sauce can easily burn to the bottom of your sauce pan, so keep adequate water up to it.
Before adding the sauce to your pasta, mix in some thinly sliced spam pieces to your pasta.![]()

Never be overwhelmed by decisions, just consider the right ones and your options will be far fewer.
Haven't had spam fritters for years - wonder if they still taste as good as they did back then or if it will be like trying your favourite sweets after you have grown up? They never taste as good.![]()
