Default Chilli dish without the heat

One of my favorate foods is chilli. When I'm cooking in the field it seems to always be a crowd pleaser. The reason being is that it doesn't have as much heat, but still has big chilli favor.

My top recipe is quick and simple.

    Half kilo of ground Beef
    3 Onions
    5 cloves of garlic
    2 large Tomatoes
1 Can of 3 or 5 bean mix
    1 Can of tomato soup
    sunflower or olive oil.
.....and a bottle of Sweet Chilli sauce.

    Large heavy pot.
Rough chop Onions and Garlic, and simmer them in oil, add salt when they go translucent, then chop your 2 tomatos into wedges and add.

Add ground beef and sweet chilli sauce to taste, when meat starts to brown, add the can of mixed beans, and then add the can of tomato soup and half a can of water. Cook for 20 minutes.

There is a number of variations to this, adding sliced field mushrooms, or shredded Monsterella cheese. Also this can be eaten with rice or pasta.

    5 cloves of garlic
Brought back memories of when I was a newly wed and I thought I would impress my new husband with my culinary skills and cook a curry. Rang my Mother to ask about the garlic and she told me about 2 cloves. Me being just slightly less batty now than I was in those days, I took it to mean 2 WHOLE garlic.
WIsh i'd have had a digital camera in those days to see his face when that first forkful hit his tastebuds
This recipie sounds yummy. Thankyou Lambsy, I shall be trying it
Never be overwhelmed by decisions, just consider the right ones and your options will be far fewer.
