Level 5 I can't have coffee; I have enough difficulty sleeping as it is. I can't even drink the so-called "decaff". It's not completely caffeine free. There is still a little bit in it, and that little bit wires me like I took an upper, and I fly high all that day and can't sleep at all that night. I'm EXTREMELY sensitive to caffeine. Plus, it gives me migraine-like headaches and severe stomach pain. However, I LOVE the smell of coffee, and my favorite aisle at the store is the coffee aisle--especially where the coffee grinder is. The smell of freshly ground coffee beans tempts me every time, and I have to remind myself what the caffeine does to me. The moment of pleasure I would get from the coffee isn't worth hours of excruciating pain.

Lampstand Senior Member Poor man, especially as you know what your missing. I love coffee to but it plays havok with my stomach, I still drink it though, and put up with it.
