    Default Supplements?

    What kind of supplements do you take? Such as vitamins, protein, etc.?

    I take:

    Muscle Milk protein powder
    Glutamine Sulfate - Supposed to help with muscle growth
    Glucosamine Sulfate - Supposed to help with joints
    Multi-Vitamin
    Genesis 1:1 - In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

    Multi Vitamin
    Fish oil capsules (recommended by my doctor)
    Secure in Christ--indwelt by the Holy Spirit.

    That's why I take glucosamin sulphate. It is shellfish, from what I read from the lable...or it least it contains shellfish. Anyway, it's supposed to help lubricate the joints. I have bad knees.

    I get adcal D3 from the doctor a calcium medication and I get all medication free
