... a question for everyone .. how many eggs(Chicken) can a human digestive system digest in a day?

In my old days maybe...

My coach told me that our system does not digest more than 2 eggs a day.. wonder if that was true

I have nver heard that before, JIP. I am wasting a whole lot of eggs if it is true.

Well we better find that out too because I have been losing out on this because I always limit my intake to 2 for all these wasted years then.

The whites are easily digestible,,, in some the yolks can be intolerant to the liver there is a word for that but I dont know what it is.,,, So when you make an omlette use two full eggs and the whites of as many as you like, they are easily digestible.
