Level 5 I used to eat potatoes but got away from them with everyone warning against "starch", whatever that is. I used to use starch on my clothes.Now I've gotten back to them--including sweet potatoes. Maybe I shouldn't have the sweet potatoes, but I love them even more than regular potatoes.

Unfortunately they are quite expensive here in UK.
