Default For UK Dr Who fans

For those in UK and Dr Who fans, filming has started again here in Wales. The majority of it is filmed in my hometown of Cardiff but spot the tardis here on top of Caerphilly Castle, which is about 25 minutes away from me.

Expect them to make the show ever more perverted this time around, after the last series met little resistance pushing the sodomite envelope.

Wasn't that rather strange spin off from Dr. Who filmed in Wales too? I can't remeber its name - about alien investigators.

A man who was a semi-regular character in the Dr. Who series was given a spin-off. In Dr. Who, he was a heterosexual. In his spin-off, he's a flaming bisexual (mostly homosexual), and his team of investigators are mostly homosexuals.

There is another Dr Who spin-off, staring one of Dr Who's former female companions. I have seen only one episode, but it looks family friendly and she absolutely refuses to use weapons.

I've only seen a few episodes. I wasn't impressed, Didn't realise it was an anagram though.

I'm always amazed with these sort of programmes how people rattle a few fingers over keyboards and instantly hack into a myriad computers with all the exactly right information neatly collated and presented on screen. And very fast too- not like standard broadband at 6.00 on a Friday evening!!!!

Dr. Who's as bad in the episodes I've seen. He points a torch at almost anything and amazing effectts happen from high security locks opening to visual communications with alien spaceships.

If I ask Santa nicely do you think I could have one for Christmas.

Thats his sonic screwdriver ! * tsk tsk *

Thing is with Dr Who Steve, is you can't really just watch one or two and really get it.
Everything over 4 series since it started back on our screens and two Doctors ( Christopher Eccelston and David Tennant ) is all connected. Something that came up in last years Christmas special was linked with something that happened 2 series ago.

If you had watched it from episode 1, series one, you would know whats going on. Thats the thing I think, if you don't understand something, it makes it less enjoyable.

When I say series 1 to 4, I mean since it hit our screens after a very long break away and has been written by the wonderful writer Russel T Davies.
