I'm an animal lover to and it breaks my heart to see them suffer.

My next door neighbours have a lovely dog and even though they aren't physically cruel to her, shes in the garden in all weathers all day and sometimes into the early hours all on her own.

Canny will agree with me when I say she's an adorable little thing and because I make a fuss of her and talk to her, she only has to see my back door open or hear my voice and she barks for me now.
To see her with her paws up on the wall and her little chin on it waiting for me is the most adorable, cute sight.

I really don't know why they have her. I would offer to have her because she would make a lovely companion but my dog, even though she's twice the size of him, would try and eat her

Breaks my heart to see that little chin on the wall and hear her whimpering for me.

If you are concerned about the dog's welfare you can always contact RSPCA anonomously Lily.
Maybe your neighbours bit off more than they could chew (no pun intended)getting a dog but are too proud to admit it.()

To be honest hunnie, there would be nothing to give them any indication that the dog was being mistreated.
She's very well fed, has a lovely shiny coat and looks healthy. She's just basically lonely and bored out of her tiny mind.

Don't know why they have her really, they both work all day, sometimes late into the night. They also leave her out when they go out for the night and shes bark, bark, bark, bark bark.
I've heard others in the neighbourhood screeching at her to shut up and even though I know a barking dog is annoying, its not her fault and it's them they should be shouting at not the dog.

Should see her when my back door opens. I watch her from my kitchen window, shes up on the wall, gives one bark as much as to say " I know ya there, I've hearddddddddd you " and her little head is trying to peep round the corner of the door at me

Canny was sat in the garden the othernight and even though Chelsea ( her name ) was watching Canny, should have seen her when my face appeared round the door, you could tell her whole body started wiggling
Just goes to show that they do recognise certain faces.

She almost knows that time I get up in the morning now as she's there on cue
She would make someone a lovely companion, she really would. If I didn't have my dog I would offer to have her during the day.

Shes also very excitable and one word from them and she does the opposite but I can tell from the way she calms down when I smooth and talk to her, she's very intelligent and could be trained.

Should see her on the trampoline in the garden
I will try and sneak out oneday without her seeing me so I can get a pic of her on this trampoline.
I also think their little girl has done something to her. She got out the otherday and was in my front garden and everytime the little girl put her hand though my gate to try and grab her collar, Chelsea was snapping at her hand yet shes never shown any agression toward me.
