OK B.P.O. Its a new line of enterprising in India. There are companies that just sprouted up and in a couple of months employing more than a 1000 employees. Most of the multi-national companies now do the business out-sourcing done through B.P.O companies. The multi-national companies are usually foreign companies where over-heads are high. And of late India with its booming growth have similiar need. What B.P.O. companies do is they do most of the "non-decision" taking tasks. They attend to their mails, calls, sourcing of any raw material, taking non-techincal routine decisions and informing the end-user, etc without the main company's involvement. What this does for the main company, naturally is save millions of dollars. I hope I have not confused you guys.
(While I was in the middle-east I had employed many people from India. Usually when people are employed they pay a large sum of money to the person who sends them the visa. Well I hadn't taken a penny from a single person. Most of the people were through the church. I'd call up the pastor and tell him I want so many people and he would arrange it).

Well this oppurtunity actually came to the church. A multi-national company wants to hire one such company and the man in-charge is a believer who is connected with the church & charity. Although I now dont attend this (or any other ) church, the pastor thought that he recommend me because he feels that again we be able to employ people without money paid.. Bingo i get the call.

I have experience in setting up companies but this B.P.O. stuff is new to me. Thats why I asked if any of you know anything about this..
