It would be nice to swap some recipes from different countries and regions of the world. So, if anyone has a favorite, please post it.

I lack culinary skills...but I enjoy trying a new dish ever so often. I would really like to try some recipes from other countries, however it is my understanding that the UK is not the place to go searching for good food!
