I'm familiar with the word 'spuds'....but never heard of tatties. Are they baby potatoes or younger potatoes? And what is mince?

mince is minced meat, usually beef or lamb.
Another variation on mince and mash/tatties is shepards pie/cottage pie, which are both the same thing, but mince on the bottom, then a layer of mash on the top, then baked in the oven.

For those who like coconut (I love it), here's an easy coconut pie recipe. You need a blender though.

    Amazing Coconut Pie

    2 cups milk
1/2-3/4 cup sugar or artificial sweetener (depending on how sweet you want it)
1/2 cup biscuit mix like Bisquick
    4 eggs
1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
    1 cup coconut

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT coconut in blender and beat on low for 3 minutes. Pour into 9-inch greased pie dish. Let stand for 5 minutes, and then sprinkle coconut over top. Bake for 40 minutes, or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Serve warm or cooled. It makes its own crust with the biscuit mix.

    Rabbit dish.

Put strips of bacon at the bottom of baking tray, throw in two fat rabbits quartered. Then add garlic, onions, potatoes, parsnips, swedes, carrots, cut up into 2 inch pieces.
Fill tray with warm chicken stock submerging ingredents, and cover with strips of bacon.

Cover tray with foil and bake for one and half hours.
