12. Therefore, brethren, we are debtors not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh.
13. For if you according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.
14. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.
My thought: I can't speak for anyone else, but these scriptures I understand well, but I fail at applying them many times because I constantly struggle with trying not to live in the flesh, but in some areas I fail miserably especially in anger and cursing, and losing my temper. I know I'm wrong but many times I don't stop myself.
