Today it's the weather, blowing snow and temps in the teens and I have to walk the dog.

Canny remember C stands for Cauld (cold) and F stands for Frozen.

It is taken from that well known bible verse "Many are cauld but few are frozen"

They uses the proper method in the US Canny (bout the only thing they do proper) so he is F. Not like what has been forced on us. He means below 2 in this measureing we have to use.
