When we want to sing God's praises it shows our hearts have been changed and are "in tune" with His.

when a person does something good they get praise,God gives us all so deserves praise,i have 3 girls thank God for his generosity.

God wants our praises first of all, He sacrificed His Son Jesus so we could have Salvation. Without that we are on a oneway trip to hell.
God is our Greator and He would like His Creation to Worship Him.
He wants us on our own free will to Honor Him because we love Him, He wants praise that is trully from our hearts.
As he said about King David, " David is a man after God's own heart."

God inhabits the praises of His People!
Praise is also a mighy weapon that the Christian can use. The enemy hates our praise!
