    I might get crazy and try this one for giggles. It looks pretty intense:

    There's no rest between movements and the score is based on total time,

    will give the exercises a go but have no weights so as I say will try the exercises tomorrow

    Smile ‘Forget the 300 program, do what is fun"

    First of all I know that without air condition is enough for me to not want to go to that place. I have to have the fan on every day because it is too warm for me in the house up here in the room..

    I would encourage people to start up some kind of exercise program. But best of all the ones you enjoy doing most. .

    When you enjoy more what you are doing, you may spend more time doing it and take off more calories.

    Exercises that you don’t like you may shun away from them and not exercise at all. .

    It is good to have a variety in my opinion. But there are some who do like staying on one machine. Though my weigh in today was the highest in al my life record I have not lost because I have not quit. Currently my weight is neither going up or down that much. 1 pound or 2 up. Or a pound or 2 down.

    I am adding and taking away what is working and what is not working and sooner or later my weight will cant to come down. . I am no light eater so it is quite a challenge.
