I never exercise.
Do you have a regular exercise routine? (getting up from the couch to change the tv channel does not count.) Does it work for you well? I made this thread in order for others to talk about what kind of exercise routines they perform and their results.

I never exercise.
About the time I get on my high horse, Jesus comes riding in on a donkey.
I dun stop moving long enough to excorsise
Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me. ....................
I used to go to the gym every week, but at the moment circumstances make that impossible.
I am hoping to start to go again soon.
Apart from that (I did cross training and some light weights, cycling machine and rower) I walk as much as possible.
I love walking![]()

Friends are like stars ~ even when you can't see them they are still there.
On or about December 15th 1959 I made a firm commitment to never enter a Gym again. And I can honestly say I have kept to it.

Cycle about 2 miles a day ,walk about 3miles a day and canoe in the summer mornings , like you Gibby swim a little , but not very good
Many of people I know get loads of exercise without much effort. They
Jump to conclusion or
Jump down others throats,
Are always running people down
or Skipping of work early
Swimming against popular opinion
Riding roughshod over colleagues
Crawling to the boss
or Jogging other peoples memories.
It is all in a days work for some But then "bodily exercise profits little". Look at all the fun you can have with the above![]()
