Well all I can say is that it's over exercised alreadya1a1a79ca0955850d38fbfc3a674fcb8.jpg
I try and do a vigorous exercise routine for about 30 minutes every day plus go walking with my dogs through the bush. Lambsy is right it becomes addictive, I dont feel right if I dont exercise.
Our Lord designed us to move and we should try to do this every day. On my walks I get so much joy as my dogs are happy and I smell and see God's creation all around me.
I am so sorry to hear of your illness Lily two friends of mine have MS, one is now confined to a wheelchair but she zooms around (it is motorised) and the other one is still walking albeit shakily.
I give thanks to our Lord every day for my health and try and learn from my friends to be more grateful and empathetic to all those that I meet. I have learnt to listen more carefully to those around me and try to have a realistic caring attitude to all my fellow human beings (well I hope that I have)
Love and prayers

Hi MoniqueI am so sorry to hear of your illness Lily
It's made me who I am. It's made me stronger in spirit
Never be overwhelmed by decisions, just consider the right ones and your options will be far fewer.
