When I and others who "Dare" to ask, begin to cry out with our whole being then HE will act, and swiftly ! The end is nearer than we think, the axe is laid at the root, the end is indeed near or at hand.
Ask and HE will give, then pray with all your might, with all your being, in Spirit and Truth

This is perfectly true, we should but sometimes we are fed such antisemetism in our Churches and we just drink it all in and don't question. When almost everyone is saying the same thing you think it is right, especially as a young Christian. Unfortunately this happened to me and I grew as a Christian thinking the Jews had been damned for all eternity because they rejected Jesus, what they forgot to say was that if it hadn't been for the Jews rejecting Him we wouldn't have had a way in. Now we are saved we should be praying them into the Kingdom not slagging them off for what they did to Jesus.

That is the one phrase I like because no matter who I speak to over there when I say that I pray for the peace of Jerusalem, they all agree and are pleased.

My Saviour is a Jew, my Apostle is a Jew, the writers of the gospels are Jews as are the Apostles to the Jews and so am I a Jew through faith. I have stood and will always stand four square alongside them. Anyone professing to be a Christian who rejects Israel from whence these people came, I cannot accept as a brother.

I am a believer iamowen and as such see myself as grafted into Israel, but that doesn't alter the fact that scripture speaks of a wider agenda;
1 Tim. 4:10 (ANIV)
(and for this we labour and strive), that we have put our hope in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, and especially of those who believe.
I hope this answers your question. SS. I havn't asked as yet, but I do now intend to call our fellowship to pray.
