Is there a better email client than Outlook Express?

My email folders got too large. I had about 4,000 messages in just one of my email folders and it crashed and though I have backups, I lost probably about two months of messages.

I usually send stuff I write to myself so the send folder was still there and I was able to save about five megs worth of files tonight.

I'm having a lot of problems with Windows at the processor is 90 percent idle and it crashes all of the time whether I'm at work, at the library or at home.

I have Malwarebytes and Norton running on my computer and it doesn't seem to be virus or malware related.

I know there are programs that recover lost emails but they charge a fee and they get you by advertising "free download". It is free to download but it isn't free to use the program. It is deceptive in the sense that they are using search words for "free" so you can't find "free" programs to fix your email.

There has to be a better system or a better way. The mechanics of this has to change to protect the user.

I use Windows Mail on my laptop, which has Windows 7 on it. I've not found any reliability problems yet, but I don't like it particularly. One annoying feature is that it double sends all my emails, for no apparent reason, and tinker as I like with the settings, I can't get it to stop. At work we use Outlook (not Outlook Express) and that is really good, but I think you have to buy that. I used Incredimail for a while, a few years ago now, but hit problems (can't remember what now) and so went back to OE.

Col 2:8 -10 Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ. For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.

I bought a program called DBXexpress or something like that name last night. I ran it for an hour and backed up my email. It is supposed to fix email. My email folder is the size of a CD which is almost a gigabyte. It took an hour to recover my email.

I want to run it again because there is an option to recover deleted emails and I want to make sure I get everything instead of chance that my disappearing email is deleted.

It takes a long time so I want to get it right. I'm going to have three backups: my corrupted email, my recovered email and my recovered email with deleted emails recovered. Then I have to put the information back in the Outlook Express folder and see what has been recovered. I've not been running Outlook Express because I want to preserve what is there.

Other email programs have the same problem where they can be corrupted. There has to be a better way when a person like me has thousands of emails (and a lot of them aren't silly forwards).

This morning I had been the Internet and noticed there - outlook express lost folder. I used it and was astonished because of the utility resolved my problems with corrupted emails quite fast and easy. Moreover the tool helped me for free. It helped me relatives too and they were very glad.

Thanks but it may be free to download but there are limitations to use:

"Code activation will disable all limitations in the demo version of the program."

I already bought a program and free means something totally different to me.
