Did you download an windows outllook express update directed from an e-mail?

If you did and filled in the account information on your servor, it may be causing identity theft on your servor.

If not, maybe another user of that servor gave them access unwittingly?

It does not say that it causes problems of that order, but maybe your servor is down so they can make sure there isn't a Zbot monitoring and stealing the servor's information.
