Disc all done and ready to be put into a page backed with some pretty, pink backing paper, Canny is printing the list in lilac ink to be stuck onto the opposite page.

The book is nearly finished Paul, well songs are downloaded and put onto disc, discs are in book in different places relating to different themes, eg: quiet times we shared ( Brahms lullaby at bedtime ), mental times we had leaping around together ( I'm on my way from misery to happiness ) songs dedicated to my veiw of the world with her in it ( what a wonderful world ), songs for her Daddy ( I'll love you endlessly ), how I feel when I look at her ( The wonder of you, can't take my eyes off you, can't help falling in love with you, you to me are everything ) and the hymn I would love her to aspire to ( make me a channel of your peace ) and of course, Nannies favorite song of all time, unchained melody
There are silly pages to, like Nannies favorite things. A picture of hair straighteners have gone in, the logo off a box of Yorkshire tea and maltesers. Pictures of JOhn Wayne, David Tennant, Roy Orbison, Rupert bear. Just pages she will look at and think,, yeaaaaah, remember just HOW many cups of tea Nanny would drink in a day !
Just a few more weeks of work I think.
I'm looking frantically for a large white box now, something like a wedding album presentation box so I can back the cover of the book with tissue paper and present it to her in the box.
Hope she has many, many precious memories of me when we have to part. I've ended the book with a letter from me to her and the Irish poem,,,
