Hi everyone. It is great that this site has a lot of members. But to sufficiently get the Word of GoD out, more doors need to be open. There is no problem if Lampstand is your head quarters but if you can post at another site even just 1 or 2 posts most daily the board will become more active.

This site has some good topics and needs Christian participation.

The name of this site is JILG Jesus is Lord GOD. The site is really quiet now. but with some help it can be more active.

Remember what Jesus says plenty is the Harvest but few are the Labourers. Let us be Labourers for the Lord.

Quite the conundrum. I have to register in order to see the Statement of Faith to say that I agree with it. So I dared to agree with it blindly. Guess I'll know if I disagree when I can read that Statement of Faith. If I do so, I expect a swift ban or kick in the rear, right? Hopefully, I shall not read anything that would have me disagree with it.

There was one forum I did not enter because they made accepting their Statement of Faith based on the Nicene Creed as a precondition to register into the forum and if any disagree with it, to keep on moving.

Anybody want to inform me what that Statement of Faith is so I know if I should prepare myself to be booted.... you know... arrange some pillows for a soft landing?

I think if you look in Announcements forum at the top ^^ you should find it.

I think I know why that site is having problems. They should simplify their statement of faith like gibby's for this forum.

Since you are in that forum, canny, maybe you can PM's my PM to the staff's in that forum... and relay my suggestion to see if simplifying that Statement of Faith to be like gibby's ( I don't think gibby would mind them using his for that forum, but you can ask to be sure ) may draw others into their forum to receive the edification to be mature in Christ instead of insisting on that maturity as an agreement to join the forum right at the beginning.

As it is, I have not been accepted yet. It may be my folks' deleted that e-mail necessary to activate it: I don't know. Maybe it's my past charm in this forum that has kept me out. (This is my attempt at levity)
