I will pray for you sparkle (if you don't mind ) that God will continue to give you and your husband the daily strength, and that you will be conscious of His presence when things get difficult.
I would like to say, however, that you are blessed to have a mother who, (I imagine) is a great help with your little girl, and a great Grandmother. Not everyone has an extended family who can help.
Don't forget to thank your Mum!

Thankyou Wabco - my mum has been my pillar of strength through this...........its her i ring when im in tears and just dont feel like i can cope - and she always says just the right thing to get me back on track

Thankyou for your prayers.....im hoping things will calm down when i get baptised, but im fully aware that they may get worse, but as i said, i am getting stronger with each battle and am leaning on God more with each one....xx

Sorry you are having such a hard day today Sparkle, have been praying for you Marc and Emma- sounds like there are pressures from all sides at the moment. Somehow though it is often through these very very difficult times that the Lord does his work in us.However it is not easy to see when you are in the middle of it. Like the disciples on the boat during the storm.

I do so remember the days when I just use to go upstairs at home and just cry because I reached the end of my human resourses to cope- and yet- look what I have come through- Gods grace is there - when our strength goes he steps in and holds us.

Have got major toothache now and my church leader is gonna be here any minute to do the 2nd part of the baptism course......really just want to go to bed as not only the toothache - but mental cravings for ciggie.....AAARRRGGGHHH!!!!!

But the Lord is with me, have asked him for more stength with my cravings

Let your church leader know what you are facing Sparkle- you need your church family praying for you as well- they can be your strength and it is often people who are the answers to our prayers.

Sorry - Julian showed up as i was typing that last post so it got posted only half-done!

Im feeling ok now, the cravings have subsided, but my toothache is now coming back! Gonna go to bed in a mo and hopefully will feel better in the morning
