Maybe you want to get a good bible dictionary.
I have the "New Bible Dictionary" by I.H. Marshall,
    A.R. Millard, J.L. Parker & D.J. Wiseman. Well I dont
find it very good but you can check similiar ones.
Is the Nelson concordance a King James one?

You can check out a King James Study bible too.

    It is KJV, JIP (Concordance)

I was considering a bible dictionary too; I'll check that one out. Thanks, JIP!

You are welcome Gibby, but look if you can find a better one as I am not too happy with mine as I see it lacking sometimes.

Well I thought about it too, but then we would be using it to cross check on what someone else already had worked on. And we have many sites on the net. Unless you are interested in learning the language I feel you can invest the money on another book. Thats my opinion. The number of times I used the dictionary was not much.

Good point. It seems a person could get too wrapped up in "meanings" of words and get lost.

Or "meaningless" - Alphaabets, letters and consonants formed into words, sentences, paragraphs and books - spoken, lectured, signed, whispered, written and printed. From friendly advice to impassioned speaches and from dusty volumes to daily tabloids, messages are sent and recieved with each sender trying to impart knowledge .... and wisdom...

    Aren't we busy Gibby.

    Hi Gibby,
I had with me this pdf. file containing 500 basic Hebrew words.
    Check it out.

P.S. Also I believe a good bible dictionary will have the important Hebrew and Greek translations referred in their original text.

Check out this site too..its King James biased.
I am sorry I am sounding like a King James Onlyism guy and I am not saying that for a person to read the proper Word of God,( if he be a foreigner), he/she should learn English first. It's the least deviations from the original that I have been made to understand that attracts me to the KJ.
