Default Who are you in Christ?

Check this out; I got it from Gripped by the Greatness of God by Dr. James Macdonald:

Put your name in the blanks.

In 1 Corinthians 6:20, God says that _________ has been bought with a price and that ___________ belongs to almighty God.

Ephesians 1:5 says _______________ has been adopted as God's child.

Colossians 2:13 says _________________ has been redeemed and forgiven of all ______________'s sins.

Romans 8:1 says there is no condemnation to ___________because ___________ is in Christ.

Romans 8:28 says ________________ can be assured that "all things work toegether" for _____________'s good.

Romans 8:38 says _________________ cannot be separated from the love of God.

Philippians 3:20 says _______________ is a citizen of heaven.

Hebrews 4:16 says __________________ can find grace and mercy in time of need.

In Matthew 5:13-14 , Jesus says ____________________ is the salt of the earth. _________________ is the light of the earth.

    1 Corinthians 3:16 says __________________ is God's "temple".

    Ephesians 2:10 says ________________ is God's workmanship.

Philippians 4:13 says that today, _________________ can do all things through Christ who strengthens _____________________.

Print this off and fill in the blanks. Give copies to those you know and love.

Romans 8:11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
Comment: We, as Christians, can’t even boast of the things that we are in Christ. Why? Because of: 1 Corinthians 15:10 But by the grace of God I am what I am. Only by the Grace of God, we are what we are.

It would be a blessed condition if all believers realized and accepted who we are in Jesus Christ. If we did, you would never again hear a moan or a groan. You would never again hear a negative confession. There would be no more need for anyone to seek counseling- except what is already provided for in the Bible-God’s Word. However, since we have not reached that plateau of complete faith and trust in God and his Word, we feel a work such as this is necessary.

I love him and rejoice that he's in me. Not only that but I praise and worship the one who rescued me, set me free of bondage, repaired and renewed my marriage, blessed me beyond measure by saving my children and all this for a person who, if I were in his shoes I might not have bothered with.

    Cool

A bit more encouragement for a book which to me lined up with ''The Book. ''

    Yonggi Cho's 4th. Dimension. Vol.1.

    Page (P.) 2. para 1 =

Use you faith efficiently. Have clear cut visions/goals of what that act of faith will achieve. Declare your full confidence in God or the answer be it '' No'', ''Not yet'' or ''Yes'' will be vague.

P.4 para 3. You can't expect answers to ill defined prayers to meet your full expectations & P.12,13,14.

P.5 para 2. Your faith can strengthen as you wait for answers. They mature as does wine. Hab. 2:3. Rom. 4:17.

    P. 7 para 2. The essence of your prayer needs to mature & clarify as faith for the result, becomes envisioned reality.

P.8. Your prayer words describe the reality of your vision which has been instilled by the Holy Spirit. As para 3 Page 4.

    P.17. Para 5. as Heb 11:1.

P.20. Para 3,4,5. The Holy Spirit acts in unison & to an equal degree, to our acts of faith. Work out your queries in meditation in The Word & pray before seeking help from other sources.

A Word that was put into my heart at this point in my reading was, ''Trust the self that Jesus sees you to be.'' lean not on your own view of yourself. Your spoken word bears His imprint.

P.21. We can, with faith (Trust in the Holy Spirit.); beyond our own basic human level of understanding, command mountains to throw themselves into the sea.

    P. 23.Para 3. Christ in me the hope of Glory. I don't believe that the Holy Spirit follows ''After'' our act of obedience but with us as we move in faith.

P.57. Para 1. There is a release of God's power as words of praise readings or ''Knowledge'' are spoken out (God breathed) But I can't see that that is dependent on us alone.
Para 2. Don't beg or stew over your thoughts. Give ''The Word''to exhalt, motivate, refreash, & encourage.
Para. 3,4. Don't miss the blessing & release of; as far as man can tell, the word you have been entrusted with.

P.64. Para 5. We have the responsibility to release the Holy Spirit to meet spacific needs that God prompts us to fullfil.

P.84 Para 4. A Rhema word is a ''Go'', action & prompting word to the individual. See Pet.3:1-4.

All the heroes of faith were flawed one way or another, Peter & Mark made mistakes. The writers of ''Christian'' books are likewise flawed as are those who ''Give'' out the Word.

We all have our axe to grind, our opinion to give & we all come to sites such as this with baggage. Bias, prejudice, bad fellowship, Church 0r ministry experiences.
