Option to donate

In order to cover hosting and software costs, I have enabled a "donate" feature. Anyone who donates will be assigned a new title, "Valued Supporter" in their profile. Any donations that exceed the hosting costs and software costs will be given to a Christ-centered ministry of the Lampstand Staff's choice.

Also, members who donate will be allowed to create their own custom user title instead of the "Valued Supporter" title. This usergroup and moderator positions are the only one's that allow this feature to the profile.

I have asked the staff to not donate as they spend their time volunteering to make this community safe for you and your families.
